"Works, but feels a bit clunky"
The site does work, but it wasn’t the easiest to use. I found myself clicking around more than expected just to find simple things, like where certain menu options were or how to get back to a previous section. A few pages also took a little while to load, which made the whole experience feel kind of slow. It’s not broken or anything, but the layout feels a bit messy. I think it would be much better if everything was simpler and more clearly organized.

I ordered a hoodie from Chance the Rapper and made a snap judgment as soon as I tried it on, the sizing was right on. I’m usually stuck between a medium and large, so I went with large, and it fits comfy without looking huge or sloppy. Sleeves and length are both good too. Really happy with it and I’d definitely order again
"Legit product, no drama"
This was legit. The product was real, the packaging looked clean, and everything showed up exactly how it should. If anything had gone wrong I’d be blaming whoever runs this, but no complaints here

"Refund took more effort than expected"
I wasn’t expecting a super complicated process, just a straightforward return and refund, but my experience with chanceraps.com was frustrating. Once I decided to return my order, it felt like everything took longer than it should have.
The replies were slow, and the refund details weren’t explained clearly, so I kept feeling like I had to follow up just to get basic answers. For what I expected from an online order, this was way more hassle than it should’ve been, and I don’t think I’d order from them again

"Checkout was smooth"
Checking out on chanceraps.com was easy and didn’t take much time at all. The steps were clear, and my payment went through without any random errors popping up (which is always a relief).
The only small thing was that one page loaded a little slowly for me, so I went back and double checked everything (just in case). Not a huge issue though, overall, it was a good experience.
"Good quality, wish I’d ordered sooner"
The cap turned out better than I expected. The stitching is clean, the material doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy, and the fit was just right for me. It did take a little while to arrive, which was a bit annoying, but the quality made up for it. Kind of regret not grabbing one earlier, because overall I’m happy with it.

"Easy experience, even if I lost track of the timing"
They were great about keeping me in the loop the whole time. I got a little mixed up on what was happening when, but they always sent updates, so I never really felt stressed about it

"Shipping took more effort than it should’ve"
I did get the item in the end, but the shipping was slower than I expected. I had to keep checking the tracking and waiting around, which was kind of annoying and more effort than it should’ve been.

"Support took too long to reply"
I’m giving 2 stars because the customer service was just really slow in my case. I emailed chanceraps.com about a simple issue and didn’t hear back for a couple days, which was frustrating because I wasn’t asking for anything complicated.
When they finally replied, they were polite, but the answer felt basic and didn’t really solve much, so I had to follow up again. What made it more annoying was getting these pushy reminders and notifications in the meantime, like they were quick to chase me but not quick to actually help. The site itself is okay, but support definitely needs to be faster and more useful.

The payment page worked fine for me, and I didn’t run into any actual issues. I just wish there was a bit more info about security and how card details are handled. Nothing bad happened, but I didn’t feel fully reassured during checkout...

"Tracking Still Hasn’t Moved"
I ordered a few weeks ago and the tracking still just says “label created.” Maybe the product is great if it ever shows up, but at this point I’m not exactly feeling confident. I reached out to support and got what felt like the same copy-paste response, which didn’t really help. I doubt I’ll be ordering again
